Dhammakaya International Meditation Center (New Jersey) began meeting since 1998 to help people learn to journey inward to find true happiness. We promote meditation and spiritual awareness.
Our meditation sessions are conducted by Dhammakaya practitioners who have committed their lives to teaching meditation and dhamma (the reality of life). They are eager to teach their technique and wisdom on meditation methods, benefits and knowledge gained from meditation.
Everyone is welcome to attend and benefit from
the class without making an appointment.
There is no fee for the regular class,
but we welcome a donation for facilities.
Besides weekly meditation classes,
we also host weekend retreats, one-day retreats,
lecture in Buddhism and Ways of Life,
and 7-seesion and 5-session courses.
