7-Class Series: Meditation for Beginners
February 21- April 4, 2019
Thursdays, 7 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.

We will learn both the theory 
and practice of the Meditation Technique. 
The main purpose of this course is to improve mental development thereby improve the quality of life.
