We will learn both the theory and practice of the Meditation Technique. The main purpose of this course is to improve mental development thereby improve the quality of life.
7-Class Series will be held on Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:30 P.M. starting October 4th and ending November 15th.

October 25, Session 4: Meditation Theory and Practice
September 1, Session 5: Meditation Hindrances
September 8, Session 6: Meditation and Science
